Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

• 60 Ritz crushed crackers
• 1 stick butter melted
• 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 qt softened butter pecan ice cream
• Cool Whip
• toasted coconut

Directions

1. Put 60 Ritz crushed crackers mixed with melted butter in 13 x 9-inch cake pan
2. Mix vanilla instant pudding with milk until thick
3. Add softened butter pecan ice cream
4. Add Cool Whip on top
5. Top with toasted coconut
