Ice Cream Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 c Bisquick baking mix
- 2 Tbsp sugar to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c ice cream softened any flavor
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Prepare muffin pan or use liners Fill 23 full
- Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes
- Serve hot with butter jelly or honey
