Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1 c sugar
- 14 crushed Ritz crackers
- 23 c chopped walnuts
- ice cream
- whipped cream
Directions
- Beat egg whites and salt until frothy then add sugar a little at a time and beat until stiff
- Fold in crackers and walnuts
