Ice Cream Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pkg lemon Jell-O
- 2 c hot water
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- coconut and nuts as desired
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water Add cream cheese and ice cream in small amounts and beat with mixer Fold in pineapple Garnish with coconut nuts etc
