Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• Angel Loaves
• cherry-nut or vanilla ice cream
• chocolate sauce if desired

Directions

1. Bake Angel Loaves
2. Cool
3. Cut cake crosswise into 12-inch slices
4. Cut each slice in half and put together with matching slice of cherry-nut or vanilla ice cream
5. If desired top with chocolate sauce
6. Makes 12 to 14 sandwiches
7. Use remaining loaf for another dessert
