Icebox Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c melted Crisco
• 1 14 c chopped pecans
• 4 12 c flour
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 14 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix
2. sugars
3. and Crisco together well
4. Add eggs
5. Beat thoroughly
6. Stir
7. in
8. nuts
9. Add flour soda salt and spices which have been sifted together
10. Blend well
11. Mixture will be very
12. stiff
13. shape
14. into
15. about 2 12-inch rolls and place in refrigerator
16. When
17. ready to bake slice and bake at 375 for about 8 minutes
18. Bake on greased cookie sheets
19. Remove while warm
20. Makes at least 5 dozen cookies
