Icebox Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 14 lb butter
• 3 egg yolks set aside egg whites
• 1 c nuts
• 1 medium can pineapple with juice
• 12 pkg marshmallows
• 1 tsp vanilla
• graham crackers

Directions

1. Cream sugar butter and egg yolks
2. Add nuts pineapple marshmallows and vanilla
3. Mix well
4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in
5. Line a 9 x 12-inch dish with graham crackers Carefully pour in mixture
6. Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs
7. Let set in icebox refrigerator overnight
