Icebox Fruitcake

Ingredients

• 1 lb graham cracker crumbs
• 1 lb marshmallows
• 1 c orange juice
• 1 lb box raisins
• 3 lb nuts pecans and walnuts
• 1 lb candied mixed fruit
• 12 lb dates
• 12 lb candied green cherries
• 12 lb candied red cherries
• 1 can coconut
• 1 Tbsp brandy flavoring
• 12 lb figs or fig preserves

Directions

1. Heat juice and marshmallows until well blended
2. Mix all ingredients except crumbs in very large pan stir in graham cracker crumbs and mix well
3. Pour juice mixture over fruit and stir until well blended
4. Pack into 10-inch tube pan
5. Better if prepared about 1 month before eating
6. Store in refrigerator
