Icebox Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c mashed potato
- 23 c Crisco
- 23 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c scalded milk
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 12 c lukewarm water
- 2 eggs beaten
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Add all-purpose flour until dough is stiffer than biscuit dough
- Turn onto floured surface
- Knead Roll out
- Use biscuit cutter to cut dough
- Put rolls on greased pan and grease top of rolls
- Let rise under tea towel for 2 12 hours in warm place
- Bake at 375
