Idaho Potato Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c butter or margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 c cold mashed potatoes
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 c milk
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. In mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar until fluffy Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one Blend in the potatoes and vanilla Combine flour cocoa and soda add alternately with the milk blending well after each addition Stir in nuts Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
