Impossible Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 c buttermilk
- 12 c biscuit mix
- 13 c margarine melted
- 1 tsp vanilla or juice of 1 lemon
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease 9-inch pie plate
- Mix all ingredients until smooth 1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with a mixer
- Pour into pie plate
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Cool and serve
