Impossible Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 c buttermilk
- 12 c Bisquick baking mix
- 13 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease pie plate 9 x 1 14 inches
- Beat all ingredients until smooth
- Pour into pie plate
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean about 30 minutes
