Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground Beef
• 1-12 c chopped Onion optional
• 1-12 c Milk
• 34 c Jiffy Baking Mix or Bisquick
• 3 Eggs
• 12 tsp Salt
• 14 tsp Pepper
• 2 Tomatoes sliced
• 1 c shredded Cheddar Cheese more optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Grease a 10 x 1-12 inch pie plate
3. Cook and stir Beef and Onion until browned
4. Drain
5. Spread in plate Top with half of the Cheese
6. Beat Milk Baking Mix Eggs Salt and Pepper until smooth 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater
7. Pour over Hamburg and Cheese
8. Bake 25 minutes
9. Top with Tomatoes
10. Sprinkle with rest of Cheese
11. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 5 - 8 minutes
12. Cool 5 minutes 6- 8 servings
