Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c butter
- 12 c Bisquick
- 2 c milk
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c coconut
Directions
- Place all ingredients except coconut into blender or food processor with chopping blade
- Blend for 2 minutes
- Pour into lightly greased pie plate preferably glass
- Sprinkle coconut on top and pat down with back of large spoon Let stand 5 minutes Bake at 350 for 4 minutes or until knife comes out clean
- Serves warm or cold
