Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 c butter
  • 12 c Bisquick
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c coconut

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except coconut into blender or food processor with chopping blade
  2. Blend for 2 minutes
  3. Pour into lightly greased pie plate preferably glass
  4. Sprinkle coconut on top and pat down with back of large spoon Let stand 5 minutes Bake at 350 for 4 minutes or until knife comes out clean
  5. Serves warm or cold
