Impossible Coconut Pies

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 c milk
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c melted butter
• 12 c self-rising flour
• 7 oz coconut

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 until set
2. Makes 2 pies
