Impossible Garden Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c chopped zucchini
- 1 c chopped tomato
- 12 c chopped onion
- 13 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c milk
- 12 c baking mix Bisquick or Jiffy
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Sprinkle zucchini tomato onion and cheese in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth
- Pour into pie plate
- Bake about 30 minutes in 400 oven
- Let stand 5 minutes
