Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 14 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 12 c pumpkin 15 oz can
  • 12 c Bisquick mix
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp ginger
  • 14 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. In blender put eggs sugar evaporated milk cloves ginger cinnamon nutmeg pumpkin and Bisquick mix
  2. Blend well 4 minutes at high speed
  3. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
  4. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream
