Impossible Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 34 c white sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 tsp spices
- 12 c Bisquick mix
- 1 13 oz evaporated milk
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease 10-inch pie plate
- Beat all ingredients until smooth
- Pour into plate
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 50 to 55 minutes
- Garnish with whipped cream if desired
