Impossible Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 16 oz can pumpkin
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Grease a 9-inch pie plate
- Blend all ingredients in blender for one minute
- Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 until set
