Impossible Pumpkin PieMakes Own Crust

Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c Bisquick or Jiffy mix
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Grease pie plate
- Beat ingredients together until smooth 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater
- Pour into pie plate
- Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean approximately 50 to 55 minutes
