Impossible Pumpkin PieMakes Own Crust

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 12 c Bisquick or Jiffy mix
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 can pumpkin
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease pie plate
3. Beat ingredients together until smooth 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater
4. Pour into pie plate
5. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean approximately 50 to 55 minutes
