Impossible Quiche
Ingredients
- 8 or 12 slices bacon crisp and crumbled
- 1 c shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 12 c milk
- 12 c biscuit mix rounded
- 3 large eggs
Directions
- Put bacon Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese and onion in buttered pie plate
- Mix milk biscuit mix and eggs in blender for 1 minute
- Pour over bacon onion and cheese
- Sprinkle with pepper Bake at 375 for 55 to 60 minutes
