Impossible Seafood Pie
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg frozen crabmeatshrimp
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 c milk
- 4 eggs
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c shredded sharp American cheese
- 14 c thinly sliced green onions
- 1 c Bisquick mix
- 34 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Lightly grease 10 x 1 12-inch pie plate Mix crabmeatshrimp cheeses and onions in pie plate
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute beating by hand
- Pour into pie plate and bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean about 35 to 40 minutes
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
- Refrigerate any leftovers
