Impossible Spinach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
• 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 12 c milk
• 3 eggs
• 34 c bisquick baking mix
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 14 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Grease pie plate
3. Mix spinach cheese and onion in plate
4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth Pour into pie plate
5. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
6. About 30 minutes
7. Cool 5 minutes
