Impossible Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onions
• 1 envelope 1 14 oz taco seasoning mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes sliced
• 1 4 oz can chopped green chillies
• 1 14 c milk
• 34 c Bisquick mix
• 1 c shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 12-inch
3. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown drain
4. Stir in seasoning mix spread into plate
5. Top with chillies
6. Beat milk baking mix and eggs until smooth 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with mixer
7. Pour into plate
8. Bake 25 minutes
9. Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese then bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 8 to 10 minutes or longer
10. Cool 5 minutes Serve with sour cream chopped tomatoes shredded lettuce and Cheddar cheese
