Impossible Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1 4 oz can green chilies drained
• 1 14 c milk
• 34 c Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease 10-inch quiche plate or 10-inch pie pan
3. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown drain
4. Stir in seasoning mix
5. Spread in baking dish Sprinkle with chilies
6. Beat eggs milk and Bisquick until smooth Pour over meat
7. Bake 25 minutes
8. Top with tomatoes sprinkle with cheese
9. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean 8 to 10 minutes more
10. Serves 4 to 6
