Indian Corn

Ingredients
- 1 can 17 oz whole kernel corn
- 3 bacon slices
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 1 small onion minced
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 14 c heavy cream
Directions
- Cut bacon into small pieces fry until crisp drain reserving 2 tablespoons fat
- In reserved fat saute green pepper and onion until tender
- Add corn salt and pepper heat thoroughly over medium heat
- Add cream cook 1 minute stirring
- Stir in bacon Serve immediately
- Serves 4
