Indian Punch

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 lemon rinds
- 1 qt water
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 48 oz can pineapple juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c strong tea
- 1 qt ginger ale
Directions
- Boil the sugar lemon rinds and 1 quart water for 5 minutes Cool then add remaining ingredients except ginger ale
- Chill When ready to serve add ginger ale
