Indian Tacos

Ingredients
- 6 c. unsifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 6 Tbsp. lard or shortening
Directions
- Mix together dry ingredients, add lard or shortening and mix until crumbly.
- Begin adding water until a nice soft dough.
- Roll on floured board to desired size.
- Poke hole in the middle. Either fry in frying pan with 1 inch of oil or electric fryer. Brown to desired color, turn over and fry on the other side and drain.
