Individual Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- cherry pie filling pineapple pie filling is good too
- graham crackers
Directions
- Place piece of graham cracker in bottom of muffin paper
- Beat well the cream cheese eggs and sugar
- Pour over grahams and top with pie filling
- Bake 15 minutes in 350 oven
- Makes 12 to 15
