Instant Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg instant potatoes 12 to 16 servings
• minced onion
• 1 carton cottage cheese
• 1 carton sour cream
• Butter
• Paprika

Directions

1. Prepare potatoes as directed on package except skimp on milk
2. Add onions cottage cheese and sour cream
3. Mix well and place in baking dish
4. Put lots of butter and paprika on top Bake until hot
