Instant Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 c instant rice
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 14 c raisins optional
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 12 c milk divided
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Combine rice 2 cups milk salt cinnamon sugar nutmeg and raisins
- Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly
- Reduce heat boil slowly for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Mix eggs with remaining milk
- Slowly add to hot mixture stirring constantly
- Cook over medium heat until thickened
- Add vanilla Let cool
- Makes 6 servings
