IoneS Tomato Aspic

Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 T chopped green chili peppers
Directions
- Heat tomatoes soften gelatin in vinegar
- Add to warm tomatoes stir until dissolved
- Then add chili peppers Refrigerate until firm
- Present servings on lettuce leaf with daub of mayo
