Iowa Summer Sausage

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick
- 14 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 c cold water
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed
- 1 14 Tbsp coarse pepper optional
Directions
- Mix together thoroughly all ingredients chill overnight Flour hands and shape mixture into roll wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
- Refrigerate or can be frozen
