Iowa Summer Sausage

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp garlic salt
• 2 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick
• 14 tsp liquid smoke
• 1 c cold water
• 1 Tbsp mustard seed
• 1 14 Tbsp coarse pepper optional

Directions

1. Mix together thoroughly all ingredients chill overnight Flour hands and shape mixture into roll wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet
2. Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
3. Refrigerate or can be frozen
