Iris Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 chicken thighs skin removed thighs are tastier than breasts
- 1 can Campbells golden mushroom soup
- 14 c water
- 6 oz box Stove Top stuffing for chicken
- cheese
Directions
- Place chicken thighs in shallow casserole
- Mix soup with 14 cup of water and pour over chicken
- Cover with thin cheese slices then place Stove Top stuffing on top
- Bake at 325 to 350 for
- 1 hour
- Freezes beautifully
- Nice served with asparagus or Chinese pea pods
- Serves 8 to 12
