Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thighs skin removed thighs are tastier than breasts
  • 1 can Campbells golden mushroom soup
  • 14 c water
  • 6 oz box Stove Top stuffing for chicken
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Place chicken thighs in shallow casserole
  2. Mix soup with 14 cup of water and pour over chicken
  3. Cover with thin cheese slices then place Stove Top stuffing on top
  4. Bake at 325 to 350 for
  5. 1 hour
  6. Freezes beautifully
  7. Nice served with asparagus or Chinese pea pods
  8. Serves 8 to 12
