Irish Bread

Ingredients

• 34 stick butter
• 2 scoops sugar about 3 Tbsp
• 2 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 2 level tsp baking powder
• 1 level tsp baking soda
• 1 level tsp cream of tartar
• 12 box raisins
• pinch of salt
• 1 23 c buttermilk enough to make moist

Directions

1. Cream butter sugar and eggs
2. Sift all dry ingredients then add to creamed mixture along with raisins
3. Mix well
4. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
