Irish Bread

Ingredients
- 34 stick butter
- 2 scoops sugar about 3 Tbsp
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- 1 level tsp baking soda
- 1 level tsp cream of tartar
- 12 box raisins
- pinch of salt
- 1 23 c buttermilk enough to make moist
Directions
- Cream butter sugar and eggs
- Sift all dry ingredients then add to creamed mixture along with raisins
- Mix well
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
