Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 34 c hot strong black coffee
• 12 tsp sugar
• 1 large measure Irish whiskey
• 1 or 2 Tbsp whipped cream

Directions

1. Fill a stemmed glass with hot water then empty glass
2. Refill with boiling water and empty again
3. Fill the glass more than half full with the coffee and sugar to taste
4. Stir and add whiskey Spoon on whipped cream and drink hot coffee through cool cream
