Irish Mistery Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 slices baked ham cut in half
- 4 chicken breasts split and boned
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 c Irish Mist whiskey
- 1 c fresh sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Use an 8 x 12-inch baking dish
- Arrange slices of ham in bottom
- Place chicken breast on each slice of ham
- Mix the soup sour cream whiskey and mushrooms together spoon over chicken and ham covering completely
- Bake at 300 for 1 12 hours
- Serve with wild rice
- Serves 6 to 8
