Irish Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 4 c Corn Chex crushed to 2 c
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
- 10 oz chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 3 c mashed potatoes seasoned to taste
- 1 c American cheese shredded or sliced
- 12 c sour cream
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp seasoned powder
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Butter sides and bottom of casserole dish Combine Corn Chex and butter set aside
- Combine broccoli mashed potatoes sour cream garlic powder and seasoned salt Pour 12 of this mixture into casserole dish
- Top with 12 cup of American cheese then 12 cup of Corn Chex mixture
- Layer remaining broccoli cheese Corn Chex in that order
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
