Irish Potato Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 1 c cooked mashed potatoes
• 1 c English walnuts
• 1 c raisins
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 12 c sweet milk
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 2 c flour

Directions

1. Mix and pour into 2 cake pans
2. Bake at 350
