Irish Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 jar Cheez Whiz
- 6 medium potatoes
Directions
- Chop up onion into a saucepan and cook in a little butter until tender
- Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes
- Cook until kind of thick
- Add small jar of Cheez Whiz Boil potatoes unpeeled
- Slice crosswise and lay in casserole
- Add soup mixture over top
- Put crumbled bacon and grated cheese over all
- Bake in 350 oven for about 15 minutes
