Irish Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz frozen spinach
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 pt sour cream 1 cup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dill seed
- 12 tsp dehydrated onion
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Grease a 2-quart baking dish
- Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly
- Cook potatoes and mash
- Add margarine sour cream and seasonings
- Stir in spinach
- Turn into baking dish sprinkle with cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
- Yields 6 servings
