Irish Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 12 pt sour cream 1 cup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dill seed
  • 12 tsp dehydrated onion
  • 12 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish
  2. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly
  3. Cook potatoes and mash
  4. Add margarine sour cream and seasonings
  5. Stir in spinach
  6. Turn into baking dish sprinkle with cheese
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
  8. Yields 6 servings
