Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 13 c buttermilk
• 1 12 tsp caraway seed
• 34 c seedless raisins

Directions

1. Mix flour soda salt and sugar cut butter into flour mix with pastry blender
2. Make a well add buttermilk
3. Mix well Knead 30 seconds
4. Grease 8-inch cake pan
5. Place dough in pan Cut gash across top
6. Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes
7. For each loaf mix batter separately
