Irish Whiskey Cake

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- double strength coffee
- 2 Tbsp bourbon or scotch
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Directions
- Make yellow cake according to directions except substitute double strength coffee for water called for
- Bake in two round layers
- When layers are cool split them in half
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon whiskey on each cut except for rounded top
- Spread Cool Whip on each cut surface and top
- Stack layers
- Refrigerate 8 hours 24 is better
