Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 34 c creamy peanut butter
- 12 c Crisco shortening
- 1 14 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 34 c flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 34 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in large bowl
- Beat at medium speed until blended
- Add egg and beat until blended
- Combine flour salt and baking soda
- Add to creamed mixture at low speed
- Drop by heaping teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until brown
- Cool 2 minutes before removing from sheet
