Island-Pineapple Spam Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat
- 1 8 oz sliced pineapple reserve juice
- 14 c brown sugar
- 14 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Cut 4 slices almost but not quite all the way through Spam loaf
- Cut pineapple slices in half and place 12 slice in each slit in the Spam
- Place loaf in small pan or shallow casserole dish
- Arrange remaining 12 slices of pineapple around Spam loaf Combine brown sugar and dry mustard with 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- Spoon over Spam
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25 or 30 minutes basting occasionally
- Makes 4 servings
