Islander Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 16 oz cream cheese softened
• 8 oz crushed pineapple drained
• 2 Tbsp green onions chopped
• 14 to 12 c green pepper chopped
• 2 tsp seasoned salt
• 2 c pecans chopped

Directions

1. Mix cheese and pineapple with mixer
2. Stir in onion green pepper salt and 12 cup pecans Roll into 1 large ball 2 logs or fill a scooped out fresh pineapple half
3. Roll or top with remaining pecans
