Italian Beef

Ingredients
- 5 lb beef roast
- 1 can Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar pepperoncini
- oregano to taste
Directions
- Cook beef until tender
- Take beef out of juice and tear up into small pieces
- Return to broth add peppers cheese and oregano
- Simmer until ingredients are thoroughly blended approximately 12 to 34 hour
- Salt to taste
