Italian Brisket

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb sliced brisket thin
- 1 pkg Au Jus by Frenchs
- 1 pkg Frenchs Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 to 2 green peppers sliced round
Directions
- Put meat and mixes into crock-pot with only 2 cups of water Cook long time 6 to 8 hours is fine
- Add green peppers last 30 to 45 minutes of cooking
- Serve on French rolls with little Au Jus on bread
