Italian Butter Nut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 c butter melted
- 2 eggs separated
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c ground walnuts
Directions
- Mix butter sugar and egg yolks
- Add flour baking powder and lemon
- When done form small balls
- Dip in egg whites which have been slightly beaten
- Then roll in ground nuts
- Press cherry on top
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
