Italian Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 12 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 clove fresh garlic minced
- 12 c pecan meal
- 3 eggs
- 1 c bread or cracker crumbs
- 12 c onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into 375 olive oil in fryer
- Fry only until balls are set
- Place in baking dish and cover with sauce
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top
- Bake 12 hour at 375
