Ingredients
- 2 pies double crust
- 3 lb Ricotta
- 7 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 23 c citron
- 23 c mixed fruit
- 1 oz grated chocolate
Directions
- Mix well into Ricotta all ingredients
- Turn into pie crust Top with lattice effect
- Sprinkle with nonpareils
- Bake at 350 for 34 to 1 hour
