Italian Chicken

Ingredients

• 8 chicken thighs
• 4 c spaghetti sauce
• 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
• cooked angel hair pasta

Directions

1. Remove skin from chicken place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan
2. Pour sauce over chicken
3. Place 1 slice of cheese on each thigh
4. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour
5. Serve on a bed of pasta
