Italian Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
Directions
- In a shallow bowl combine the Parmesan cheese oregano parsley garlic salt and pepper
- Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter then coat with Parmesan mixture
- Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish
- Drizzle with any remaining butter
- Bake uncovered at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear
- Makes 4 servings
