Italian Delight

Ingredients
- 12 lb shell macaroni
- 3 medium onions diced
- 1 garlic bud
- 4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 No 2 can whole kernel corn
- 3 3 oz cans mushrooms and liquid
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper diced
- 12 lb oleo
- 1 c grated cheese
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to directions drain and set aside Brown meat onions pepper and garlic in oleo
- Pour into 6-quart casserole dish and thoroughly stir in all ingredients
- Add cooked macaroni and mix well
- Refrigerate overnight
- Heat oven to 350 and bake approximately 1 12 to 2 hours covered
- You may also put grated cheese on top
