Italian Delight

Ingredients

• 12 lb shell macaroni
• 3 medium onions diced
• 1 garlic bud
• 4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
• 1 No 2 can whole kernel corn
• 3 3 oz cans mushrooms and liquid
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 medium green pepper diced
• 12 lb oleo
• 1 c grated cheese

Directions

1. Cook macaroni according to directions drain and set aside Brown meat onions pepper and garlic in oleo
2. Pour into 6-quart casserole dish and thoroughly stir in all ingredients
3. Add cooked macaroni and mix well
4. Refrigerate overnight
5. Heat oven to 350 and bake approximately 1 12 to 2 hours covered
6. You may also put grated cheese on top
