Italian Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 lb fish fillets skin and bones removed about 12-inch thick
  • 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp if dry
  • 12 tsp dry basil
  • 14 tsp dry oregano
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Cut fish into serving size pieces Arrange in greased baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with parsley basil oregano and pepper
  4. Top with spaghetti sauce then sprinkle with cheese
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily at the thickest part
