Italian Fish Fillets
Ingredients
- 2 lb fish fillets skin and bones removed about 12-inch thick
- 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp if dry
- 12 tsp dry basil
- 14 tsp dry oregano
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Cut fish into serving size pieces Arrange in greased baking dish
- Sprinkle with parsley basil oregano and pepper
- Top with spaghetti sauce then sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily at the thickest part
